This necklace consists of two enameled copper disks and brass watch gears in a handcrafted etched sterling setting. It includes brass and steel watch gears, a pearl, and a flat yellow vinyl bead. The larger disk has circles of 24K gold foil. The pendant hangs on a vermeil (gold-plated sterling) neck ring which is 5.5 inches in diameter. The back of the pendant is etched to create texture.
It seems counter-intuitive that space and time are fused in a single four-dimensional continuum. The universe is a vast and mysterious place.
